Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical solutions by enhancing and maintaining application systems.
- Provide ongoing support and performance optimization for enterprise platforms.
- Manage testing environments and assist in user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with external solution providers to resolve system issues.
- Support change management and implementation of new systems and tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or application support roles.
- Strong skills in Python, UNIX/Linux Shell scripting, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Java, low-code platforms, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus.
- Experience in financial systems or enterprise platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
