Responsibilities
Product Development & Management
  • Lead the end-to-end development of new products, from market research and requirements gathering to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market demands.
  • Formulate and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap by integrating market trends and customer feedback to prioritize features and development timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Technology, Finance, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and execution.
Market & Customer Insights
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and systematically gather feedback to uncover market opportunities and areas for product enhancement.
  • Perform ongoing market research to stay abreast of fintech industry developments and benchmark competitor offerings and strategies.
  • Engage directly with key clients to validate product concepts and gather insights on user experience.
Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Establish and maintain product performance metrics (KPIs), regularly analyzing data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and implement enhancements to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on product development progress, market performance, and strategic improvement plans to senior management.

Requirements
Professional Background
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services, with familiarity in banking operations, credit products, payment platforms, or fintech.
  • Prior experience in product management or business analysis is preferred.

  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies, products, and industry knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Language & Technical Skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic data analysis skills are required.
