Purpose: Provide IT workplace services and technical support for the offices, assist in service desk operations, device management, and IT transformation projects, while supporting cloud desktop solutions and endpoint security.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
- Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (configuration, compliance, security patching).
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop and AWS Workspaces (onboarding, troubleshooting, performance).
- Contribute to IT projects (e.g., Windows 11 migration, Autopilot, software rollouts).
- Set up and support AV meeting rooms for events.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with procurement.
- Document processes and create user guides/knowledge base articles.
Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
- 2-4 years in IT support/service desk roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, AVD, AWS Workspaces, and ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of security patching (Intune, Defender, Qualys).
- Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, networking protocols, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Expertise in hardware/software management and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication for collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing IT service improvements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
