We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst / IT Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Distribution Compensation revamp project for the broker system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to distribution compensation
- Analyze existing systems and process to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Create detailed use cases and user stories to communicate requirements to development teams
- Align SIT and UAT approach and schedule and to verify solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Support project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress and risks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst with a strong focus on life and health business distribution compensation operations
- In-depth understanding of insurance products, policy lifecycle and regulatory requirements within industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to details
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skill, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
