A Well-Established Foreign Corporate Bank is looking for AVP/ VP to join their Transfer Agency, Fund & Securities Services.
Your new role
- Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches
- Review and approve client correspondence, including emails, prior to distribution to external parties, as well as to validate payment and trade settlement arrangements
- Perform KYC/AML checks and ensure proper account documentation is collected and verified
- Serve as the primary contact person between investment managers, investors, fund accounting teams, and internal stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of client account management and transactions
- Maintain and update investor records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and distribute investor statements, confirmations, and regulatory reports
- Reconcile cash movements and share balances between fund accounting and custody systems
- Collaborate with internal parties to resolve issues and improve processes
- Participate in system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in transfer agency, fund services, or investor services within a financial institution
- Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, and AML/KYC regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
