A Well Established Foreign Bank is looking for Sr Officer/ Maker to join their Treasury Settlement team.
Your new role
- Execute daily treasury settlement and transaction services, including FX, MM, Derivatives, Fixed Income, OTC, etc,.
- Handle and manage settlement payments and receipts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service professionally, including performing callbacks, handling internal and external inquiries, and addressing service requests.
- Provide support on UAT and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with settlement experience in banking industry;
- Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
- Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
