- Administer MPF contributions and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate medical, staff insurance, and related benefits programs
- Provide proactive support across a wide range of HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven track record in HR or administrative roles
- Solid understanding of Hong Kong employment regulations and MPF administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate across all levels
