Global Head of Trust Advisory

About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned trust and fiduciary expert to lead global trust advisory services, overseeing governance, risk, and product strategy across multiple jurisdictions. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex wealth and succession planning needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of ~10 professionals managing key client relationships and several billion in assets
- Provide expert advice on fiduciary duties, trust structures, tax, legal, and regulatory matters
- Oversee product governance and represent trust services in strategic forums
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, tax, and wealth planning teams globally
- Advise on complex UHNW client structures and manage BVI entities
- Develop global policies, procedures, and training materials
- Participate in governance committees and act as Director/Executive Director for relevant entities
- Represent the business in industry forums and policy discussions
