The Role:
Reorganization & Restructuring of Core Business (Mature & High-Growth Business)
- Redefine roles and responsibilities across the organization to ensure clear accountability.
- Align departmental objectives with overall organizational goals.
Professionalization of the Mature Business
- Establish a structured and effective board to enhance governance and strategic oversight.
- Develop and implement an operational excellence framework that leverages data to drive transparency and facilitate informed business decisions.
- Ensure that data analytics are integral to performance evaluation and strategic planning
- Design a comprehensive HR strategy focused on attracting and retaining top talent.
- Establish KPIs and long-term incentive scheme to drive employee engagement / performance.
Project Management
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate complex projects with a strong focus on interdependence and urgency.
- Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure that overarching business objectives are consistently achieved.

Experience and Qualifications
You will be a university graduate with a minimum of 15 years of experience and MBA will be strongly preferred. Experience in transformation, particularly in the professionalization of large companies, together with experience in adapting customized solutions for diverse audience would be required. In addition, you should have demonstrated solid career progression in both multinational and Asia enterprises. Lastly, an engineering degree or relevant experience in EMS contract manufacturing is preferred.
