UAT Tester, Regional Bank, 25-30k

Key Responsibilities:

• You'll coordinate and negotiate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, vendors, branches, operations, and control units to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Partner with technology teams to shape platform features and capabilities.
• Contribute to test planning and review to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements.
• Lead and conduct system development and enhancement testing using Agile methodologies.
• Manage production issues from UAT to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide timely updates and escalate issues to management and stakeholders as needed.
• Support post-implementation activities, including live verification during non-office hours.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in banking application testing.
• Solid understanding of consumer banking products, services, and operations.
• Experience in business analysis and project management is preferred.
• Familiarity with banking policies, operational procedures, risk controls, and compliance standards.
• Strong grasp of system applications and basic technical knowledge.
