Our client, a leading investment bank is seeking to hire a Business Analyst to facilitate digital transformation within their Private Wealth business. The ideal candidate would possess strong project management expertise, having expertise in end-to-end implementation of client-facing applications, and/or experience in the Client Onboarding and KYC domains.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic and tactical solutions for client onboarding and maintenance platforms with business partners. Oversee the transformation strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish project scope and define business needs with stakeholders. Conduct business analysis, prepare user stories, determine workflows, and recommend process and system enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end project tasks from feasibility studies and requirements analysis to UAT management and implementation support. Evaluate post-implementation performance and resolve production issues.
- Plan projects, map timelines, and track delivery to ensure they are on-time, within scope, and on budget. Prepare status updates and steering committee presentations while monitoring deliverables and dependencies.
- Communicate status to all stakeholders and chair working groups. Manage conflicts over resources and expectations, escalating as required.
Requirements:
- University degree with major in business, finance, IT or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years experience in end-to-end project management or product development, ideally covering client facing applications (desktop or mobile). Familiarity with the full SDLC desired.
- Experienced gained from banking domain, specifically Retail/Private Banking or Wealth Management will be an advantage.
- Experience in Client Onboarding, KYC & AML domain and related client facing experience is a plus.
- Experience in data analysis and expose to Data quality management framework and concepts is a plus.
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated with a solution focused mindset and an ability to work well and deliver under pressure.
- Strong project management, people management and influencing and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and manage stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile development practice, Design Thinking or User Centered Design is a plus.
