A leading investment firm is seeking a skilled marketing professional to support their active and passive investment strategies, including mutual funds and ETFs. This role centers on managing due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and RFP processes, alongside broader marketing and client servicing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate all DDQ and RFP requests across the firms fund range.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including fund fact sheets, brochures, and bespoke presentation materials.
- Provide client servicing support for active strategies, addressing inquiries on fund data such as AUM, performance, and portfolio details.
- Update fund information on public databases like Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Fundinfo, ensuring accuracy in portfolio holdings, benchmarks, managers, and investment objectives.
- Support additional marketing or operational requests as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile - University graduate in Business or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience within the asset management sector, preferably with exposure to ETF issuers.
- Proven track record handling RFP processes.
- Strong understanding of ETFs and mutual funds.
- Proficient in Bloomberg and Morningstar platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
