该岗位的任职者应具备丰富的跨领域人力资源管理和劳动关系处理知识。任职者将与境内外办公室的人力资源团队密切合作,负责执行一系列跨地域人力资源工作,包括招聘与选拔、员工关系、渠道管理、名义雇主管理、综合事务协调等工作。

The position holder should be a HR generalist who has a solid grounding in cross boarder HR and employment related matters. Working closely with the HR team members in PRC and overseas offices, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out a diverse range of cross border HR duties in recruitment and selection, staff relations, channel management, EOR management and general HR operations.

The duties and responsibilities that he/she is going to take include but not limit to:

1.了解业务需求并负责人员配置,包括人力规划、职位描述准备、招聘广告发布、与招聘机构联络、面试协调、offer 发放、背景调查和新员工入职指导等。

Understand business requirements and responsible for the staffing tasks, including manpower planning, job description preparation, advertisement posting, liaising with recruitment agencies, interview coordination, offer extending, reference checking and new hire orientations.

2.在境外地区人员配置、绩效管理、人才发展、继任计划和员工关系等方面,为业务团队提供及时、全面的人力资源支持与协助。

Assist and advise the business teams with staffing, performance management, people development, succession planning and employee relations matters in a timely and sophisticated manner.

3.开展境外地区名义雇主管理、HR相关渠道管理,包括渠道合作策略制定、供应商关系维护、采购流程支持、费用报销、内审汇报等工作。

Assist in managing employer of record (EOR) and HR-related channels, including strategy formulation, vendor relations, procurement support, expense reimbursement, and internal audit reporting in overseas regions.

4.研究境外地区人才市场与政策趋势,为团队及业务提供相关调研资料,并协助调整人力资源工作方向以支持国际化业务需求。

Keep abreast of market trends, proactively provide business with talent insights and adjust HR handling accordingly to facilitate the global strategy.

5.支持综合事务管理,对接境内外人力资源团队,负责跨团队项目开展、事项报送、数据分析、文档管理等工作。

Support general HR operations in overseas regions, coordinate with domestic and overseas HR teams, and assist in cross-team projects, reporting, data analysis, and document management.

任职资格要求(Qualifications):

  1. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗,具备良好的道德品质;

Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.

2.熟悉香港和其他国家或地区的人力资源法律,并具备实践能力。

A good understanding of HR laws and practices in HK and other countries or regions.

3.1-2年金融机构或大型跨国公司人力资源相关工作经验者优先。

1-2 years HR related experience in a financial institution or a sizable multinational company is preferred.

4.本科及以上学历,人力资源管理专业优先考虑。

Bachelors degree or above in relevant fields, major in HR Management is preferred.
