Senior AI Solution Architect (Technical Product Manager) - Banking Domain Focus

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business consulting, AI solutioning, and technology feasibility assessment-especially within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business pain points into end-to-end AI solution proposals, with clear articulation of the required future-state operational changes.
- Confidently assess the feasibility and expected performance of each component in the proposed AI solution chain.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, especially line-of-business owners, by speaking their language and understanding their game.
- Ensure all proposed solutions are technically sound and realistically achievable-no gimmicks, no fluff.
- Collaborate with engineering pods and IT teams to validate solution feasibility and delivery potential.
- Optionally support structured solution delivery planning; dedicated IT PMs and Digital Product Managers are available for sprint planning and tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in designing and proposing AI solutions with a strong understanding of operational implications.
- Solid grasp of banking business models, pain points, and operational dynamics.
- Hands-on coding experience or deep academic/solution delivery exposure to AI technologies.
- Strong critical thinking and technology judgment skills-able to distinguish between hype and reality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; native English speakers or Cantonese speakers with fluent English preferred.
