Operations Analyst - Chinese Family Office

Operational Support:

• Oversee fund administration (FA), transfer agency (TA), and settlement processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade settlement and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with external service providers, including fund administrators, custodians, and brokers, to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor cash flows, fund NAVs, and investor reporting processes.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with Cayman fund regulations and other relevant requirements.
• Assist in preparing operational reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team as required.
• Take on additional tasks related to office operations and other needs that arise in a small-team environment.

Experience:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in operations (fund administration, transfer agency, settlement).
• Familiarity with Cayman fund structures is essential.
• Prior experience in a family office or hedge fund is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
