Job Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new fund providers and distributing partners, including negotiating and executing distribution agreements, handling counterparty due diligence and PDD checklists and facilitating operation flow
  • Maintain existing fund product shelf, including performing initial and annual fund due diligence, adjusting fund product offerings based on annual review, communicating with different parties to maintain a smooth operation flow, reconciling trailer fee with counterparties
  • Maintain the fund database of Haitong internal efund platform by managing the fund status, maintaining fund import templates and updating fund performance etc
  • Generate product ideas and provide investment advices to ICs and RMs (including routine fund performance updates and adhoc needs for fund related proposals)
  • Organized regular fund related trainings to RMs
  • Participate in system enhancement testings in fund related projects (CashPro, OTC Platform, etc)

Job Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in private banking / wealth management
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or related field
  • Exposure to mutual funds and alternative fund
  • Good team spirit and willing to learn new knowledge
  • Good MS Office skills
