Overview
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join support team in the insurance industry. 
 Key Responsibilities
  - Act as a key point of contact for external partners and clients, providing timely and professional support via email and phone.
  - Handle a variety of service-related queries, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all written communications.
  - Review and process documentation, identifying gaps and requesting missing information.
  - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and deliver tailored solutions.
  - Support training and guidance for partners on systems and processes.
  - Monitor trends and recurring issues, recommending improvements to enhance service delivery.
  - Balance multiple priorities across service and administrative tasks with sound judgement.
  
 Key Requirements
  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  - Strong written and spoken English; fluency in Cantonese is required, Mandarin is a plus.
  - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or missing information.
  - A proactive mindset, excellent interpersonal skills.
  - Previous experience in client services, customer care, or similar roles in insurance or banking is highly desirable.
