Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for external partners and clients, providing timely and professional support via email and phone.
  • Handle a variety of service-related queries, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all written communications.
  • Review and process documentation, identifying gaps and requesting missing information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support training and guidance for partners on systems and processes.
  • Monitor trends and recurring issues, recommending improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Balance multiple priorities across service and administrative tasks with sound judgement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken English; fluency in Cantonese is required, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or missing information.
  • A proactive mindset, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in client services, customer care, or similar roles in insurance or banking is highly desirable.
