This role offers a platform to work with a globally recognized institution, access to a broad client base, and the opportunity to shape strategic transaction banking solutions across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and NBFI clients, driving new business opportunities and deepening existing relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including pitching, structuring, and closing deals across a suite of transaction banking products.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of solutions, including Domestic & international payments, Foreign exchange for payments, Working capital financing, Liquidity management, Connectivity and digital banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, coverage, and global Global Transaction Banking teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Respond to RFPs, conduct market research, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Monitor revenue performance, client behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure profitability and manage risk across the client portfolio.
  • Represent the Transaction Banking business in internal and external engagements, promoting cross-selling and product awareness.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, or corporate banking sales.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management, payment solutions, and liquidity products.
  • Proven track record in business development and managing complex client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and client orientation.
  • Candidate with less experience but proactive and sales-driven mindset will be considered.
