Team Head China Corporates
Overview
An international bank is hiring for a Senior coverage banker who is responsible for managing develop, maintaining and further enhancing business relationships with target customers, including top tier Chinese state-owned and private-owned enterprises.
Your New Role:
- Lead a team of relationship managers and manage a portfolio a top 300 Chinese Corporates and market leaders with professional and tailor-made financial solutions, including capital markets, syndication loans, global markets, transaction banking, to cross-sell investment banking advisory services.
- To coordinate the global relationship managers to serve core or targeting Chinese clients with comprehensive products globally.
- Develop and implement practical plans to complete deals and tasks within deadlines.
- Lead efforts to explore and strengthen relationships with Chinese corporate clients in the Greater China region.
- Maintain close contact and foster strong relationships with existing customers to solicit more business and develop relationships with potential customers.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 6 -10 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management in large China Corporates with stale working experience from international banks.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, credit analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Great written and spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
