The Fundraising Manager will lead capital-raising efforts targeting family offices and ultra-high-net-worth investors. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of alternative investments, and the ability to manage complex fundraising processes across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with family offices and HNW investors to secure commitments
- Execute fundraising strategies for private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment products
- Identify and qualify prospective investors and manage a robust pipeline
- Present investment opportunities and negotiate terms with decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams on structuring, compliance, and closing processes
- Represent the firm at family office summits, investor conferences, and private networking events
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Over 6 years of experience in fundraising or investor relations with exposure to family offices
- Strong network within the family office ecosystem and proven track record in capital raising
- Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communical skills with proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Knowledge of alternative investments and private markets
