We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to take architectural ownership of a global, ultra-low latency network that forms the backbone of our client's trading operations. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will design, build, and automate the infrastructure that connects trading systems to global exchanges. Your work will be critical in an environment where performance and reliability are directly tied to commercial success.

- Architect, implement, and manage a global network infrastructure spanning data centers, colocation facilities, and cloud providers, with a laser focus on ultra-low latency and high-frequency trading requirements.
- Drive the automation of network provisioning, configuration, and management using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and modern scripting tools.
- Develop and deploy advanced network monitoring, telemetry, and analytics to ensure maximum uptime and proactive performance optimization.
- Serve as the top-level escalation point for complex network issues, providing deep technical expertise and swift resolution.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging networking technologies and hardware to maintain a continuous competitive advantage.
- Foster strong technical partnerships with leading technology vendors to influence product roadmaps and strategic direction.
Your Present Skillset:

- Extensive proven experience in designing, building, and supporting high-performance, low-latency network infrastructures, ideally within algorithmic trading, high-frequency computing, or a top-tier tech environment.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with networking hardware and protocols from industry leaders like Arista, Cisco, and Juniper.
- Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Ansible) with a proven record of using automation to solve complex network challenges at scale.
- Expert knowledge of network architecture, including routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, security, and WAN optimization. Experience with Segment Routing is a significant advantage.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-performance, merit-based culture.
