Our client is a MNC Investment Bank currently seeking for a FCC professional to join the team focused on Sanctions and AB&C.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to sanctions and AB&C compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance issues and best practices.
- Conduct investigations into potential violations and prepare reports for senior management.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial crime compliance coming from investment banks, with a focus on sanctions and AB&C.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
