Salary: HKD30000 - HKD55000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mobile QA team in planning and executing manual and automated test strategies for iOS and Android apps.
  • Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure thorough testing coverage and timely releases.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution using tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Oversee mobile device testing across various screen sizes, OS versions, and network conditions.
  • Implement and maintain mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
  • Monitor app performance, usability, and stability through testing and analytics tools.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in mobile testing.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on mobile apps and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of mobile platforms, UI/UX standards, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium, XCUITest, Espresso).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
