Role Summary
Lead and grow systems sales across the Asia Pacific region. End-to-end ownership of large opportunities from target account development and needs analysis to solution design, commercial negotiation, and relationship management. Deliver regional revenue targets and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Development : Identify, qualify, and develop strategic target accounts and industry verticals across APAC.
- Pre-Sales Leadership : Collaborate with technical teams to perform requirements assessment, solution architecture, and proposal creation that demonstrate clear business value.
- Commercial Negotiation : Lead pricing, contract negotiation, procurement engagement, and deal closure while protecting margin.
- Cross-Functional Delivery : Coordinate with product, engineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation, renewal, and upsell.
- Sales Strategy and Forecasting : Define regional sales strategy, set annual targets, produce accurate pipeline forecasts, and report
performance to senior management.
- Market Intelligence : Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends and recommend product and commercial adjustments.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of enterprise systems or IT solutions sales with demonstrated success in APAC markets.
- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, cloud and SaaS solutions, and systems integration.
- Sales Skills : Proven consultative and solution-selling capability on complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Languages : Fluent in Mandarin and English, strong written and verbal communication in English for meetings and negotiations. Additional Asia languages are a plus.
- Personal Attributes : Strong commercial acumen, target-driven, excellent cross-cultural communication, and team collaboration.
- Mobility : Willingness to travel frequently across the region and work across time zones.
