We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Proposition and Commercialisation, Hong Kong, Global Payments Solutions.
In this role you will:
• Lead a team of professional Proposition and Commercialisation Managers to define and establish client and account propositions, to drive acquisition, deepening of wallet share and capture emerging opportunities in HK and it's key corridors
• Lead the execution of commercialization strategy to drive uptake of propositions and deliver target business outcome.
• Close connection with market, eco-system partners, internal stakeholders to capture strategic opportunities, business insight and innovate on new propositions
• Maintain trusting relationship with operations/ sales/ client management/ finance to establish the right business model and deliver optimized customer experience and engagement
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliance to FIM and related policies.
• Lead, develop and motivate the team with the objective to attract, retain and develop the right talent to provide for succession and consistent delivery of business objectives
• The role holder will also be the deputy to the Head of Product Management for Hong Kong and support her in the development and implementation of product strategies for Global Payments Solutions Hong Kong
To be successful you will need:
• Experience in global payments solutions, banking, fintech's, management consulting, digital strategy, product development/commercialization or e-Commerce
• Consulting ability to influence both internal and external business partners
• Good understanding of emerging and innovative technology and their implication to commercial market, especially in a B2B setting
• Self-motivated to keep abreast of evolving technology trends
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex problems, interpret customer and/or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Stakeholders management skills and ability to navigate across complex organization
• Experience of innovation team management
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
