About the Role
The Technology Strategy Manager is responsible for shaping and driving the organization's long-term technology vision, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities. This role involves evaluating emerging technologies, defining strategic initiatives, managing application optimization and guiding transformation programs to enhance innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness across the enterprise. Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy in alignment with corporate goals and digital transformation priorities. Partner with executive leadership and business units to define and communicate the enterprise technology roadmap, focusing on IT modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with IT architecture, applicant and enterprise architecture teams to ensure technology strategies are secure, scalable, and sustainable. Lastly. provide strategic oversight for large-scale transformation programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT Portfolio Management, technology optimization and application consolidation
- Demonstrable experience in prioritizing complex IT initiatives (e.g., application development, digital transformation)
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Consulting background welcome
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems integration.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-level executives and business leaders to drive consensus on investment priorities.
- Ability to synthesize diverse business needs into a cohesive, long-term technology strategy
- Good command in Chinese and English
