About the Role
As a team leader, you will lead cross-functional programs focused on advancing data-driven decision-making, AI enablement, and governance excellence for stakeholders within the company. The role requires close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI and analytics initiatives that align with the organization's strategic vision. Establish and manage project objectives, scopes, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Champion data governance and model lifecycle management to ensure high-quality, reusable, and discoverable data assets. Coordinate multiple projects across teams, managing dependencies, risks, and resourcing to achieve program outcomes efficiently. Implement best practices in Agile delivery, facilitating standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and progress monitoring. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data science and AI projects. Monitor program KPIs and ensure timely reporting on budget utilization, progress, and outcomes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, governance, and collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program or project management within data, AI, or digital transformation environments.
- Proven success managing end-to-end AI and data programs, preferably in financial services or technology-driven organizations.
- Solid understanding of data governance, analytics platforms, and MLOps principles.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical matters to non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and cross-functional team management.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
