Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of data asset projects, from design to deployment, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain data assets, incorporating governance and quality standards
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and report on execution status to delivery leads
  • Adapt execution approaches to regional market and cultural specifics for compliant and effective delivery
  • Maintain and optimize the data portfolio, conducting regular reviews for alignment, prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of data value streams, encompassing data pipelines, platform integrations, analytics development, and value realization across the CDAO portfolio
  • Support demand management by evaluating new initiatives and recommending adjustments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve portfolio conflicts and ensure efficient execution
  • Incorporate regional requirements to balance global portfolio standards with local needs


Qualifications

Essential Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in data asset development or project execution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on expertise in data modeling, integration, and deployment across diverse environments
  • Proficiency in agile execution methodologies and tools for data projects
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality data assets under pressure
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory requirements in Asia and the Middle East
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
