Finance Manager (PE, Welcome Non-FI)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate within a team to deliver daily financial support to various offices across Asia.
• Partner with the Asia team (both internal and external) on regional financial reporting, analytical assessments, liquidity management, accounts receivable, and month-end closing activities.
• Oversee statutory audits and corporate tax submissions.
• Assist with licensing applications throughout Asia.
• Manage vendor relationships for the Asia Finance function.
• Engage with banking institutions to support corporate initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve finance processes with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades or enhancements.
• Audit staff reimbursements to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holder of a degree with CPA certification and a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate finance is advantageous; candidates from non-financial institutions are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent client service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members across various departments and locations.
• Capable of managing multiple projects while taking ownership of deliverables.
• Skilled in synthesizing information and providing insights based on analysis.
• Proficient in identifying potential issues and independently developing solutions using available resources.
• Committed team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and manage a diverse range of ad-hoc tasks under tight deadlines.
