The Role: What You'll Do
You will join a world-class technology team responsible for building and scaling high-performance, mission-critical systems. This isn't a typical corporate development role; you'll be working on complex, data-intensive applications where performance and reliability are paramount.
- Design, develop, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems using modern C++.
- Solve challenging problems related to distributed systems, network programming, and large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate closely with brilliant engineers, researchers, and quantitative analysts in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle—from initial design and implementation to testing, deployment, and support.
- Learn and grow as you gain exposure to new technologies and complex business domains.
Your Skillset: What We're Looking For
We are looking for strong technologists with a passion for C++ and a solid foundation in computer science.
- Experience: 3 - 8 years of professional software development experience using C++ .
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Platform: Professional development experience on Linux .
- Problem Solver: A natural curiosity and a drive to solve complex technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Who We're Looking For: Open to All Industries!
While experience in finance is a plus, it is absolutely not required . We are looking for great engineers, not finance experts. We strongly encourage applications from candidates with strong C++ and Linux skills from any high-performance industry, including:
