  • Join the Asset Management Product Development team, supporting existing team members in development of public and private funds (especially for ETF products), managed accounts and other investment structures
  • Conduct product research, market comparison and strategy development
  • Product and transaction documentation and execution
  • Platform development and project management
  • Delivering operational and execution excellence
  • Working with sales teams to identify high potential projects, prioritizing workflow and setting product pipeline

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or Financial related discipline
  • 2-3 years experience in product development & management in an asset management firm. Must have experience in ETF product development.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills and evidence of a solutions mind-set
  • Able to demonstrate energy, work ethic and suitability to drive results
  • Knowledge of investing in Asia Pacific markets, especially cross-border investment access to PRC markets is a strong advantage
  • Fluent Mandarin and English language skills mandatory
