Senior Relationship Lead to join their regional team based in Hong Kong.
Responsibility: - Lead strategic client acquisition and development across APAC ex Japan, focusing on high-value institutional and wealth relationships.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute initiatives aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Drive the rollout of standardized client coverage models, segmentation frameworks, and performance metrics under a strategic client program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local private banks, wealth managers, and institutional clients across Asia.
- Support sales teams with strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Develop tailored proposals and solutions for strategic partnerships, informed by market trends and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate key accounts across global and regional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and senior-level engagement.
- Leverage data-driven insights and KPIs to track performance, prepare reports, and ensure transparency in strategic account management.
Requirements: - Proven success in growing AUM and managing large institutional accounts.
- Strong sales expertise across diverse client segments and asset classes.
- Deep understanding of APAC financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and fund selectors.
