Executive Director, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and build long-term with South Korean corporate clients across diverse industries.
• Support engagements with clients in the Public Sector and Financial Institutions segments.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities with leading Korean conglomerate clients in Asia and internationally to achieve revenue growth.
• Develop customized strategies and pitches using market insights and industry expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
• Assess clients' financial conditions and present analyses clearly to internal risk teams.
• Guide and support a team of relationship managers.
• Monitor credit exposure, client profitability, and transaction execution.
• Participate in risk management committees and coverage strategy discussions.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in corporate or investment banking, with a strong focus on South Korea client coverage and an established network of relevant contacts.
• In-depth knowledge of the Korean corporate market and business culture.
• Proven expertise in originating and executing complex financial transactions across various products.
• Proficiency in Korean and strong command of English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities and commercial insight.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
