A Well Established Corporate Bank is looking for a KYC/ CDD Manager for the Client Onboarding team.

Your new role

  • Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of KYC, CRS, FATCA, and account documentation to ensure adherence to Head Office guidelines, internal protocols, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage daily client onboarding operations, including account setup and data maintenance for corporate banking clients.
  • Liaise with internal departments, Relationship Managers, and clients to resolve issues related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end CDD process, including onboarding, periodic reviews, event-triggered assessments, customer screening, and signatory updates, while coordinating with stakeholders to address documentation gaps or deficiencies.
  • Support system upgrades and development projects by gathering user requirements and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Draft, update, and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and business requirements.
  • Perform data analysis and prepare supervisory reports covering FATCA, CRS, and DPS-related metrics.
  • Execute ad hoc assignments and contribute to UAT activities as needed to support business objectives.


What you'll need to succeed

  • University graduate with over 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
  • Well-versed in Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), client onboarding processes, including regulatory requirements and procedural workflows.
  • Strong familiarity with FATCA, CRS and AML regulations, along with hands-on experience in their operational implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and other essential tools.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
