My fintech brokerage client is looking for senior role managing the retail WM division in an online brokerage , driving revenue growth through personalized wealth solutions for mass-affluent clients. Reports to Head of WM; based in HK with China exposure. 10+ years experience
Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute WM strategy, including product roadmap for ETFs, bonds, A-shares (via Stock Connect), and robo-advisors;
- Lead client relationship management for high-net-worth (HNW) and mass-affluent segments; ensure SFC Type 1/4 compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with sales/marketing for cross-selling; drive digital transformation (Mobile Trading System)
- Monitor market trends(local market dynamics, digital assets, etc); report to the management on KPIs like AUM, retention, and advisory revenue.
Requirements :

- 10+ years in WM/retail offline/online brokerage; bilingual (English/Mandarin);
- Proven track record in HK/China; client acquisition, retention, etc
- Skills: Strategic planning, stakeholder management, fintech tools
