  Job Responsibilities 
  - As a Vice President (VP) or Senior Vice President (SVP) in Human Resources, you will oversee full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and compensation and benefits design.
- You will ensure HR processes align with Hong Kong regulations, optimize talent acquisition strategies, and support departmental needs.
- Additionally, you will contribute to HR policy development and employee development initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of HR and Administration.
- Senior candidates may join as a Deputy Head, assisting in team management and daily operations.
Job Requirements 
  - The ideal candidate should possess over 8 years of HR experience, with in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's HR workflows, talent market trends, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is essential for effective communication.
