Your new role
Your objective is to manage a 360-degree recruitment process with the goal of maximising individual fees and team targets.
- Establish a clear sales plan to identify key clients
- Establish a close relationship with key accounts and clients
- Discover job and business development opportunities
- Represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs.
- Interviewing and assessing potential candidates, developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Manage both client and candidate expectations during the recruitment process
- Act as an expert in the industry to answer all client and candidate needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines, fresh graduates or less experienced candidates will be considered as Researcher.
- Professional proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
- Goal-oriented and commercial
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with support available to help you succeed
- Enjoys building relationships with external and internal parties
