Equity Derivative Operations (Documentation)

Duties:

• Deliver trade support services, including managing the ISDA confirmation and documentation process for OTC Equity Derivatives, Listed Warrants, Securities Borrowing & Lending, and Repo transactions.
• Assit in drafting and reviewing confirmations
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to facilitate business growth and onboarding of counterparties by overseeing confirmation templates and MCA negotiations
• Be responsible for promptly escalating confirmation disputes to internal stakeholders and managing exceptions, while mentoring the newly established documentation team
• Perform manual regulatory trade reporting for equity derivative transactions

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience in a documentation or market operations role within the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with Equity Derivatives products and ISDA confirmations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
