Our client from the financial service industry is looking for an IT Procurement Officer to support the procurement operations in APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for technology and related professional services across the APAC region.
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle from request to contract execution, including bid analysis, negotiation, and vendor selection, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Act as the primary procurement point of contact, dealing with general procurement enquiries from internal business units and IT teams throughout.
  • Work with legal and business owners to draft, review, and finalize agreements, ensuring favourable terms and risk mitigation.
  • Expertly utilize corporate P2P (Procure-to-Pay) systems, such as SAP or Coupa, for creating purchase orders, managing supplier records, and processing invoices.
  • Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and stored according to audit requirements. Utilize eSignature systems, such as DocuSign, to efficiently manage contract execution.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, supplier performance, and technological advancements relevant to IT and Professional Services procurement.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in a procurement or sourcing role, with an excellent understanding of IT and Professional Services procurement. Experience supporting the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated practical use of corporate P2P systems, such as SAP or Coupa.
  • Great communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.
  • Experience supporting procurement activities within the APAC region
