Responsibilities:
- Handle daily fund operational support including but not limited to trade capture, corporate action processing, position reconciliations and valuation preparation;
- Perform operations duties such as cash management, fund expenses payment, position monitoring and report preparation;
- Coordinate with fund administrators and clients to assist with subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches;
- Handle the registration process such as securities account opening/closing, and prepare relevant documents;
- Liaise with various parties including investment managers, brokers, custodians, auditors and other service providers;
- Participate in system testing for new products when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 3 - 5 years of asset management operations experience;
- Experience with SFC authorised funds is preferred;
- Knowledge on Investment products including Equities, Fixed Income, Money Market Funds;
- Knowledge of excel and some programming skills is preferred;
- Detail minded, self-motivated, keen to learn, good team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese);
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, DTCC ITP Platform / Omgeo and Linedata system will be an advantage.
