Responsibilities - Analyze and review commercial contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Deliver daily legal advice to support various business functions.
- Handle potential disputes effectively, working to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough compliance reviews to safeguard business operations.
- Identify and evaluate legal risks affecting business decisions and overall operations.
Requirements - Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of work experience in legal practice or in-house.
- Good knowledge of compliance issues related to e-commerce and supply chains is preferred.
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
