Your new role Your objective is to manage a 360-degree recruitment process with the goal of maximising individual fees and team targets.
Establish a clear sales plan to identify key clients
Establish a close relationship with key accounts and clients
Discover job and business development opportunities
Represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs.
Interviewing and assessing potential candidates, developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
Manage both client and candidate expectations during the recruitment process
Act as an expert in the industry to answer all client and candidate needs.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degreein relevant disciplines, fresh graduates or less experienced candidates will be considered as Researcher.
Professional proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
Goal-oriented and commercial
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with support available to help you succeed
Enjoys building relationships with external and internal parties
