About Us 
 As the "Systems Observability" team for Futu's financial ecosystem, we focus on leveraging technology to gain architectural insights and safeguard business resilience. By joining us, you will:
  - Lead or deeply participate in end-to-end development of our observability stack, tackling complex monitoring challenges in cloud-native environments with cutting-edge solutions to achieve full traceability across distributed systems.
  - Build analytical platforms atop petabytes of observability data, enabling real-time fault detection and localization in multi-cloud hybrid systems to directly enhance the stability of our core trading infrastructure.
  - Drive the integration of LLM with observability data, pioneering AI-powered anomaly detection and automated root cause analysis to evolve observability from reactive tooling to proactive, autonomous system management.
  
  Key Responsibilities 
  - Develop and maintain backend services for the observability platform, building efficient and user-friendly observability infrastructure for Futu's business.
  - Participate in system architecture design, assist in optimizing the performance of existing backend services, and improve system stability and scalability.
  - Assist in developing and iterating observability-related functional modules such as monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  - Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and other teams to ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery.
  - Continuously research and explore new technologies to enhance the technical advancement and development efficiency of backend services.
  - Write high-quality technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standardization.
  
  Requirements 
  - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  - In-depth understanding of fundamental knowledge such as computer networks, operating systems, and data structures.
  - Proficient in Go programming language, familiar with common frameworks and toolchains. Candidates with internship experience in high-concurrency or distributed system development are preferred.
  - Familiar with common middleware such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka. Candidates with practical experience are preferred.
  - Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, capable of independently designing and developing modules.
  - High sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong cross-team collaboration ability, and resilience under pressure.
  - Passionate about technology, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning and exploration of new domains. Possess good technology awareness, risk identification skills, and a global perspective.
  - Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
  - Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
