Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis & Translation: Participate in product requirement discussions and user research, translating user needs into clear interactive logic and workflow designs.
  • Interactive Prototype Design: Develop interaction solutions based on requirement objectives and experience design principles, supported by design rationale to demonstrate solution feasibility and end-to-end experience closure.
  • User Experience Optimization: Engage in user testing and feedback collection, analyze data (e.g., user behavior paths), and continuously refine product interaction details to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product, development, visual design, and user research teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency, driving efficient project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or related fields. Overseas education background is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas colleagues. Proficiency in Cantonese or Japanese is preferred.
  • Skilled in Figma for prototyping. Knowledge of motion design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with internet user experience design theories, demonstrated through coursework or internship projects.
  • Interest in securities investment; practical trading experience or financial certifications are preferred.
  • Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
