About us
The team is responsible for Airstar Bank's business, covering everything from the bank's frontend customer-facing capabilities to back-end system construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the financial product capabilities of Airstar bank, including capabilities in areas such as account opening, transfer, bank card, investment and wealth management, etc.;
- Build the client and desktop products of Airstar bank and be responsible for customer experience;
- Construction of the banking back-office system, targeting internal business colleagues, to improve the accuracy and efficiency of business processing;
- Collect requirements from system users, promote the implementation of requirements, and continuously follow up on relevant data performance and user feedback.
- Pay attention to banking business operation data and contribute your own ideas to business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, software engineering, financial economics, mathematics preferred.
- Good communication and expression skills, rigorous logical thinking, and systematic thinking ability.
- Love product work and long-term aspiration for the technology and finance industry.
- Bonus points: Having investment experience or paying attention to the Financial Market.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
