Lead, monitor, check and responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality operations of assigned sections in the Department. Responsible areas include direct supervision of Imaging and Signature Sections and cross section support to all sections of the Department in particular to provide cross team support to account opening team.

Main responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure the administration, processing and operations of responsible job in compliance with established policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Continuous review and prioritize the use of resource of the team and ensure all responsible tasks of the team can be completed within fixed service standard. Assess and control various management aspects in order to mitigate or minimize operational risks
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc Statistical Report of the Department, including but not limit to resources planning, service standard, cost allocation and all operational risk report
  • Involve in projects related to the section/department and act as major coordinator of the representative of the business/system owner to monitor system development process and quality of the projects held by the department, covering provision of user requirements, participation in UAT
  • Review and update departmental operations manual/terminal guideline
  • Monitor all duties done by respective maker/officer (including filing, scanning & non-regular jobs) and train up/coach/counsel the sub-ordinates
  • Act as authorized signer/verifier in relevant documents relating to the authority matrix of the department
  • Review workflow and provide ideas for re-engineering process with the aim of efficiency and effectiveness of team/department
  • Perform any job assigned by the superior
  • Ensure all documents related to the section are properly kept at CROWN, if required
Incumbent Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent is advantage
  • At least 5 years working experience in similar field of banking operations with at least 3 years solid supervisory experience
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of banking operations, general banking products /services and customer requirements
  • Good people management skill is necessary
