About us 
 As a member of the Wealth Management Product team, you will deeply engage in the foundational product development and operations of Futus global wealth management platform, covering multiple asset classes such as funds, bonds, and structured products. This role offers comprehensive exposure across product design, system development, data-driven operations, and cross-border business implementation, empowering you to grow into a well-rounded professional with both financial expertise and internet product thinking.
  Key Responsibilities 
  - Product Feature Development & Experience Optimization:Participate in building core systems for products such as funds, bonds, and notes, focusing on user transaction flow design and interaction experience optimizationï¼›Continuously enhance product usability and satisfaction through user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and other methodsï¼›Explore AI applications in scenarios like intelligent order processing, personalized recommendations, and risk alerts to improve product intelligence and user experience.
  - Operations & Experience Optimization:Manage daily product operations (e.g., product listings, parameter maintenance)ï¼›Use data analysis and user feedback to continuously improve transaction conversion rates and user experience.
  - Cross-Border Business Support:Support the localization of wealth management products in overseas markets.Collaborate with product selection, market data, and other teams to drive efficient integration models.
  
  Requirements 
  - Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  - Basic understanding of financial products (e.g., funds, bonds); passion for fintech; internship experience in finance or internet product roles is a plus.
  - Strong logical thinking and basic data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  - Excellent coordination skills to collaborate efficiently with internal and external teams.
  - Proactive, responsible, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  - Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
  - Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
