Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing and communication plans aligned with corporate goals 
- Oversee all external and internal communication channels, including digital media, press releases, events, and collateral 
- Collaborate with senior management to craft messaging that enhances brand reputation and market positioning 
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize impact and ROI 
- Manage relationships with media, agencies, and external partners 
- Lead a team or coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity 
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements affecting communications
 
 Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields 
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within financial services or banking 
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and digital communication 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus 
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders with strong organizational skills 
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide marketing decisions 
- Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively at all levels
