Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of relationship managers and specialists responsible for the Shipping, Aviation, Logistics, and Transportation sectors within the Corporate Banking division
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the bank's market share and profitability in the target sectors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the bank's capabilities and resources to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional client service, ensuring the team's responsiveness and proactivity in addressing client needs
- Collaborate with other business units and support functions to deliver integrated solutions and enhance the bank's value proposition
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional development
- Monitor and analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and risk management frameworks
Requirements - University graduate with extensive relevant experience (minimum 10 years) and a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by clients in the target sectors
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
