Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Security Operations team.
  • Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and other security tools.
  • Perform initial triage and analysis of potential security incidents.
  • Escalate and coordinate with Level 2/3 teams for advanced threat handling.

  • Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for Lod1 analysts.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend improvements to detection capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of security operations, SIEM platforms, and incident response workflows.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
